IFZA Company Setup in Dubai | IFZA Authorized Partner | Lexoford Services

Lexoford Services L.L.C-FZ sets up companies with IFZA in Dubai. Lexoford Services is an IFZA Authorized Professional Partner. Partner ID 11215-7490. The certificate is dated 2026-09-25.

Lexoford Services is licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, licence 2651822.01. That licence is Lexoford Services’ own trade licence. It is not an IFZA licence.

What the service covers

Activity and licence route

Match the planned activity to a licence type IFZA publishes: professional, commercial, or a branch of a foreign company. Confirm the activity list in writing before filing.

Application documents

Prepare the licence application, including UBO information, and the identity documents IFZA lists for the shareholder type.

Licence coordination

Follow IFZA’s registration steps through portal registration, the two e-legal forms, MOA/AOA electronic signature, and licence issuance.

UBO information

IFZA’s terms require UBO information on the application, and updates if that information changes.

Bank-account documents

Prepare the corporate account file and coordinate with the bank. The bank decides. Account opening is not guaranteed.

Visa-path coordination

Coordinate the visa steps that sit inside the service tier you select. Immigration decides. Visa approval is not guaranteed.

Lexoford service fee from AED 3,999; government and free-zone fees are extra, paid at cost. Estimate your itemised total.

Other free zones

If IFZA is not the right jurisdiction, Lexoford Services is a SHAMS Authorized Partner and an Expo City Dubai Free Zone Channel Partner. Lexoford Services can arrange company setup in Meydan Free Zone, DMCC, RAKEZ or SPC Free Zone, and on Dubai mainland. The Authorized Professional Partner credential on this page is for IFZA only.

Compare activity, visas and budget before choosing a zone. How to choose a Dubai free zone is a decision framework, not a ranking. Company formation covers mainland, free zone and offshore work beyond this IFZA page.

What IFZA publishes about setup

The points below are taken from IFZA’s own pages and terms, checked on 2026-10-09. This page does not add fee amounts, visa quotas or processing days that those sources do not state.

Where IFZA is

IFZA publishes its headquarters as IFZA HQ, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, and its reception as IFZA Business Park, Building A2, Dubai Silicon Oasis. IFZA’s terms define IFZA Dubai as the International Free Zone Authority area within Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Company form

IFZA’s terms define an FZCO as a free-zone limited liability company incorporated and licensed in IFZA Dubai. A branch office is a branch of a foreign company registered in IFZA Dubai.

Licence options on the setup page

Professional licence: professional consultancy and services. Commercial licence: trade, import and export of compliant goods. Branch: a foreign incorporated company may register a branch. IFZA also states that different activities can be combined under one licence.

Ownership statement

IFZA’s setup page states that free zones in the UAE offer 100% ownership for foreign entities and individuals on incorporation, and lists 100% ownership of commercial enterprises and 100% repatriation of capital and profit.

IFZA’s published registration steps

Consultation and proposal

IFZA describes a consultation, then a proposal covering licence type, business activities, visa count and office solutions.

Documents

Licence application form (including UBO), passport copy, digital passport photo, and Emirates ID and visa copy for UAE residents.

Processing and approval

Shareholder documents are registered on the portal. After approval, the authority issues two e-legal forms to sign before incorporation documents.

MOA/AOA and licence

A digital memorandum and articles are sent to shareholders for electronic signature. A soft copy of the licence is emailed. The original can be collected from IFZA’s office on request.

IFZA states that this registration process is the same for individual and corporate shareholders, and that the supporting documents vary. IFZA also states that no physical presence is required during the incorporation process.

Visas, in IFZA’s terms

  • Issuance of a visa is subject to free-zone regulation and the UAE immigration authorities. Approval of the company application does not mean a visa will be approved for a particular person.
  • A visa application requires an Establishment Card first. That cost is in addition to the amounts paid to establish the business. The Establishment Card registration is renewed annually.
  • The number of visas under a licence depends on the licence category selected. Increasing that number requires upgrading the licence category. A higher visa entitlement may also require a physical office lease in IFZA Dubai.
  • Keeping a visa valid requires keeping the licence. IFZA’s terms say a visa issued under the licence may be cancelled if the licence is not maintained.

Those clauses do not state a fixed visa count or a fee in dirhams. The visa counts named in the service tiers below are Lexoford Services’ service-fee scope, not an IFZA allocation.

Service fees

The three service tiers and the visa-count sentence below are the same wording as the pricing section on the Lexoford Services homepage. They are Lexoford service fees, not IFZA government fees.

0–1 visa: Starter AED 3,999. 2–3 visas: Business AED 4,999. 5 visas: Premium AED 7,999. Each additional visa adds AED 1,000 service fee beyond the visas your tier includes. Customer pays = government/free-zone fees at cost + Lexoford service fee.

StarterAED 3,999 · service feeLicence + 1 visa (service fee only)
Business · RecommendedAED 4,999 · service feeLicence + 3 visas + Small Business Relief (SBR) eligibility check
PremiumAED 7,999 · service feeLicence + 5 visas + CT + VAT; ERP included - Lexoford coordinates; visa approval is not guaranteed

Government and free-zone fees are extra, paid at cost. Estimate your itemised total. This page does not publish an IFZA government fee schedule.

How Lexoford Services handles an IFZA file

Confirm the activity

Activity, customers, shareholders, whether anyone needs a residence visa, and whether a physical office is required.

Agree the scope in writing

Service fee and authority fees listed separately, using the service tiers above. No all-in sticker on this page.

File the documents IFZA lists

Application form with UBO, passport copy, digital photo, and resident Emirates ID and visa copy where they apply.

Follow issuance, then the next applications

E-legal forms, MOA/AOA signature and the licence soft copy. Banking and visas are separate applications.

It depends on the jurisdiction, business activities and authority review; Lexoford gives an estimate after checking your documents. IFZA’s pages cited here do not state a processing time in days, so this is not an IFZA service level. Remote company setup separates licence steps from medical, Emirates ID and bank visits.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lexoford Services an IFZA partner?

Yes. Lexoford Services L.L.C-FZ is an IFZA Authorized Professional Partner. Partner ID 11215-7490. The certificate is dated 2026-09-25. Lexoford Services is a SHAMS Authorized Partner and an Expo City Dubai Free Zone Channel Partner. Lexoford Services can arrange company setup in Meydan Free Zone, DMCC, RAKEZ and SPC Free Zone, and on Dubai mainland. The Authorized Professional Partner title applies to IFZA.

Are the AED 3,999, AED 4,999 and AED 7,999 service tiers all-in IFZA prices?

No. AED 3,999 / 4,999 / 7,999 are Lexoford service fees (Starter / Business / Premium). Free-zone and government fees are billed at cost, with no markup. This page does not publish an IFZA government fee schedule.

Which company and licence types does IFZA publish?

IFZA’s business-setup page lists a professional licence, a commercial licence, and branch registration for a foreign incorporated company. IFZA’s terms define an FZCO as a free-zone limited liability company incorporated and licensed in IFZA Dubai, and IFZA states that different activities can be combined under one licence. Confirm the activity list in the written quotation before you apply.

What does the client need to provide?

IFZA’s published registration steps ask for a licence application form (including UBO), a passport copy, a digital passport photo, and, for a UAE resident, an Emirates ID and visa copy. IFZA states that the registration process is the same for individual and corporate shareholders, while the supporting documents vary. Do not send passports or identity documents through the form on this page.

Does IFZA incorporation require a visit to Dubai?

IFZA states that no physical presence is required during the incorporation process. Visa, medical and Emirates ID steps are separate from licence issuance. This page does not state an IFZA processing time in days. It depends on the jurisdiction, business activities and authority review; Lexoford gives an estimate after checking your documents. That is not an IFZA service level.

How many visas does an IFZA licence include?

IFZA’s terms say the number of visas under a licence depends on the licence category in the application. Increasing that number requires upgrading the licence category, and a higher visa entitlement may also require a physical office lease in IFZA Dubai. Applying for a visa requires an Establishment Card first. That cost is in addition to the company-setup amounts, and the Establishment Card is renewed annually. Approval of the company application does not mean a visa will be approved for a particular person. The visa counts in Lexoford’s Starter, Business and Premium service tiers are the scope of the service fee, not an IFZA visa allocation.

What this page does not state

  • No IFZA government or licence fee in dirhams. The public IFZA pages and terms cited here do not set out a fee table.
  • No fixed IFZA visa quota, and no claim that a flexi-desk or virtual office is enough for a given visa count.
  • No IFZA processing time in days, and no guarantee of licence, visa or bank-account approval.
  • No tax rate. IFZA marketing pages make broader tax claims; this page does not repeat them. See UAE corporate tax and VAT.
  • No ranking of free zones, and no client testimonials.
